Are there lifeguards?
Certified lifeguards staff Paradise Landing at all times.
Do you get into the water park for free if you're staying in the hotel?
Our Waterpark package includes access to Paradise Landing Indoor Waterpark for up to 3 people in a room with a king size bed and up to 5 people in a room with two full-size beds. For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, those who reserve a Waterpark Package will have guaranteed admission to Paradise Landing for up to five people (additional passes may be purchased, subject to availability).
Do you have a lap pool?
We're sorry, but we do not have a lap or recreational pool. We do have a fitness center for those wishing to exercise during their stay.
Do you have a pass for people that are not swimming?
Yes. Everyone must purchase a pass to access the Waterpark. Complimentary viewing is available on the Observation Level in Cabana Cove.
Do you have any discounts for age?
Children that are 24 months old or less are complimentary with an adult paid admission.
Do you have lockers?
Lockers are available for 50 cents (2 quarters), but are separate from the shower facilities.
Do you provide towels?
Towels are provided for all guests.
Is Paradise Landing open to the public?
While it is possible to come to Paradise Landing for the day, only overnight guests with a Waterpark package are guaranteed access.
Is the Waterpark close to the hotel?
Paradise Landing is located inside the Hilton Milwaukee Downtown..
Is there any place to get food at Paradise Landing?
Paradise Landing has a concession stand called Cabana Cove. Additionally, the Hilton Milwaukee Downtown has various outlets to meet your food and beverage needs.
What are the pool depths in Paradise Landing?
Our pool depths vary depending on where you are in each pool, but our maximum depth in the Activity Pool is 4'3", which is the deepest of the three. The Kiddie Pool is 1' in depth. The Therapeutic Spa is 3' deep.
What is the cost of admission of the Waterpark?

On what street can I enter the parking ramp?
You can enter the parking ramp from 5th Street.
What is the cost of parking?
Parking rates: current parking is $24 for registered guests.
Where do I park?
The Hilton Milwaukee Downtown has an attached parking garage with direct access to the hotel. Parking in this garage is based on availability at the time of your arrival.

Gift certificates for overnight stays and hotel restaurants may be purchased one of the following ways:

2.) Call 414-390-8246 during regular business hours 8am-5pm (CST), Monday through Friday.
3.) Visit the front desk and/or outlet to purchase in person.
